Salvo Property Group

After selling his famous Europcar car-hire business in 2004, Mario Salvo turned his relentlessly entrepreneurial spirit to property development. Salvo Property Group now creates unique, sophisticated residential, commercial and retail developments on the promenades of Australia’s capital cities and neighbouring centres.

THINKING

We've been working with Mario and his son, Andrew, since their first solo project, 109 Clarendon. We are engaged on both a corporate and project level advising on and/or creating marketing collateral on every Salvo Property Group project, as well as their corporate communications.

EXECUTION

For 109 Clarendon, in particular, the short-run campaign message was simple but effective: apartments with heaps of space. We created an overarching tone that blended lifestyle with the imagery we captured, and delivered all material just in time for the sales team to open the doors to prospective buyers.
