• What's in a name

Paul Franze is a property developer based in Melbourne. He works predominantly with business partners in varied sectors within property development and has a growing reputation as a skilled developer who can identify a great site, and respond with outstanding design. Having been in the industry for a number of years with no refined brand presence, Paul wanted a brand that truly reflected his confident attitude and unique approach to the industry.

THINKING

From the beginning, we understood that the brand needed to exude confidence and a sharp image. Building on the strength of the company’s outstanding track record, we undertook a comprehensive naming and brand strategy to create an identity that reflected the value inherent to Paul's approach to business. What we discovered was not far from what we initially recognised: the brand needed to be striking, confident and bold.

EXECUTION

Building upon 'Franze', the developer’s surname, we created a brand that communicated the confident mindset of the company – minimal, design-focused, spotlighting quality across everything.
