Nettington Constructions builds luxury developments in the eastern suburbs of Melbourne and focuses on highly liveable spaces with superior-quality finishes. It required a brand that would directly speak to Kew's older demographic, without compromising style or aesthetic.

THINKING

To create a 'mature' brand that matched the architecture of the building and spoke effortlessly to its target market, our first port of call was to garner an in-depth understanding of the area and demographic through targeted research. Our findings then guided us to create a naming and brand strategy that truly expressed the classical architecture and unique lifestyle opportunity created by the development.

EXECUTION

'The Consort' was the result – a brand with a sophisticated simplicity that embraced the location, target audience and, importantly, the product. In particular, intelligent copy and minimal layouts were created to attract the area's older demographic and high-income earners. Potential buyers received a 44-page booklet on the project and an A2 individual apartment floorplan – neatly rolled into a tube. Both the website and the brochure were shortlisted for Create Awards.
